Diagnosis
Frontal suture missing; fore wing very distinct through: marginal vein with a few and very weak setae along anterior margin and also with a thin membrane along anterior margin, dorsal surface of wing almost bare in female, male with more dense setation in apical 1/3 (but bare in basal 2/3, as in female); posterior surface of hind coxae with a few scattered setae; female petiole 0.3X as long as width of base, without hairs laterally, male petiole flattened, 2.1X as long as width of base, with 5-6 hairs laterally; first gastral tergite with a thin tuft of setae anterolaterally, lateral surface of female tergite striate.
